Joseph Dahdah represented an apartment we bought. He’s been professional and very helpful all the way along. The transaction had some complexity in it because of a huge outstanding service charge the seller had with Emaar and a property block that DLD imposed on the apartment, as well as a mortgage the seller had with a bank. Joseph was very upfront about all of that and helped to maneuver through the different steps, like settling the service charge, removing the property block, settling the mortgage, etc. He’s also done a lot of legwork, like picking up and delivering cheques.
